5.1 Our Content

All content on Solaria World, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of Solaria World or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (such as portfolio data, notes, or comments). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

5.3 Trademarks

"Solaria World" and our logos are trademarks of Solaria World. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

7.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card information.

7.2 Pricing

Prices for our services are displayed in USD and other supported currencies. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

7.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges. Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

7.4 Refunds

Refund policies vary by service and are specified in the service-specific terms. Generally, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for annual subscriptions and within 7 days for monthly subscriptions, subject to fair use policies.

8.1 Subscription Terms

Premium services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

8.2 Automatic Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal.

8.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.

8.4 Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain services. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Trial terms will be clearly communicated at sign-up.

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to all premium services and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
